Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart crossed the history of music like a meteor. Born in Salzbourg in 1756, he was four years old when his father gave him his first lessons of clavecin. He was six years old when he made his first steps as a concertist and composed his first works. The untiring activities of Mazrt's father made his family cross the whole of Europe. These unending trips together with quarrels due to numerous plots can explain Mozart's short live. At eighteen he wrote his first great works. During a rarely happy life, only the unbreackable friendship with Joseph Haydn and his membership of the Freemasonry wich he joined in 1785 brought him some comfort. Misunderstood by the inhabitants of Vienna, bugged with unmountable money problems, Mozart still managed to compose work after work. He passed away, exhausted, on the 5th december, 1791, amid general indiffrence.
